    knob to adjust time

    on a Sankyo 551... prefer brown or black, but open to any.

    Can you post a picture of the shaft that the knob goes onto? I might have something but since I do not have a 551 here to compare, I would need to see what it would fit onto.

        Thanks for the photo, it does not help me unfortunately. I need to see what the knob would attach to if that makes sense. I need to be able to figure out what the knob would have to look like on the inside.

          I think it would be very helpful if we could see the shape of the axis and know its width.

          That helps, thanks. Give me some time and I will see if I have a Sanky parts clock that might have a fitting knob. I do suspect that having it fit to a metal bar is not something that most Sankyo clocks have, they mostly fit onto a larger plastic 'shaft' but we'll see.

            Thanks so much, while this is not the best looking clock, it is my most sentimental clock being it belonged to my grandad. He had it in his car repair shop.
